The basis of Halo Therapy (salt therapy) is speleo therapy, a "cure" in the atmosphere of salt caves and salt shafts. According to old facts,  medieval monks took sick people to the salt caves and let them breathe the salt particles, which were released while the monks were crushing the stalactites.

We have used 2,5 tons of age old sea salt from the salt mines in Bad Reichenhall in Germany. The salt creates a saline concentration, a micro climate found otherwise only at the sea side or in natural salt mines. Other than the healing effects to the respiratory system you find pure relaxation in our Salt Grotto Room, away from every day stress!
